Withdrawal & Discipline Rules

  • A written application for withdrawal must be submitted by the parent/guardian to the School Office.
  • One month's prior notice is required for withdrawal, failing which one month's tuition fee shall be charged in lieu of notice.
  • A fee of Rs. 50/- shall be charged for the issuance of a Transfer Certificate (T.C.).
  • All dues, including tuition fees, transport charges, and any other applicable fees, must be cleared in full prior to the issuance of the Transfer Certificate.
  • The Transfer Certificate shall be issued only upon receipt of a written request and after clearance of all school records and obligations.
  • Students withdrawing during the academic session shall be liable to pay fees up to the end of the concerned term/month, in accordance with school regulations.
  • A student's name may be struck off the School Register if he/she remains absent for more than six consecutive days without prior permission from the Principal.
  • In such cases, if the student seeks re-admission, he/she shall be required to fulfill all admission formalities afresh, as applicable to a new applicant.
  • The School reserves the right to dismiss or withdraw a student whose conduct is found to be unsatisfactory, detrimental to school discipline, or harmful to fellow students. Strict action shall be taken against instances of bullying, violence, or repeated violation of the school's code of conduct.
